For agencies and venues
Work inside the client’s record, not alongside it
Agencies and venue operators sit between buyers and suppliers, and usually carry the coordination cost of both. Procurevent gives that work a single record with defined authority.
Agencies
Delegated sourcing with a clear boundary
The value of an agency is judgement and delivery, not managing email threads. The limits of your authority should be explicit — that protects you as much as the client.
Delegated authority with explicit limits
Work inside a client’s workspace on assigned projects, within limits the client sets. What you may create, issue and commit is defined rather than assumed.
One commercial record, three parties
Client, agency and suppliers work in the same request. Clarifications are attributable and governed instead of scattered across three email threads.
Panels reusable across clients
Your own trusted suppliers stay usable across the events you run, while each client’s private terms and internal notes remain theirs alone.
A handover that ends the argument
Awarded scope, timeline, contacts and documents in one record, so the question of what was agreed does not arise on site.
Venues and exhibition operators
Both sides of the same transaction
A venue buys services and sells them. Procurevent handles both without pretending they are the same job.
Manage supplier panels for your site
Venue operators run recurring supplier relationships — cleaning, security, AV, catering. Hold those panels and their compliance documents in one place.
Publish once into the shared directory
Your venue, its spaces and their capacities live in the event.clinic directory. Buyers start requests already knowing the site, so briefs arrive with the basics right.
Recurring orders, without rebuilding the brief
Repeat purchasing runs from templates rather than being reconstructed each time. Catalogue ordering follows in a later phase.
In-house services quoted on equal terms
Where you supply services yourself, quote through the same structured process a third party would — comparable, and visibly fair to the buyer.
Shared data
Connected to the event.clinic directory
Procurevent mirrors event.clinic's public directory — venues with their spaces and capacities, published catalogue products, and company profiles that have opted in. If your venue is already listed there, buyers can start a request against it without retyping anything.
Mirrored rather than read live, deliberately: an award must not change under its own audit trail, and event.clinic being unavailable must not stop a buyer opening a request that merely mentions a venue.

Agency delegation limits and venue panel structures vary a great deal. A short conversation is more useful than a signup form.
