Pricing

Build your package

Two questions decide the price: how many procurement requests you issue in a year, and how large the biggest one is. Suppliers pay nothing.

Going over a limit never stops a tender. If you approach either limit the app tells you and asks you to move up a package. It will not refuse to create a procurement request — a billing rule has no business standing between you and an event that is already happening.

Every package includes all of it

There is no feature ladder. The package sets how much you run through Procurevent, not which parts of it you are allowed to use.

  • Unlimited users, approvers and workspaces
  • Event-native request builder with lots, dates and documents
  • Private supplier panel plus the Procurevent network
  • Structured quotes: line items, options, exclusions and VAT
  • Side-by-side comparison at total, lot and line level
  • Threshold-based approval routing
  • Award records and operational handoff
  • Immutable audit history of every material action
  • EU data residency, in Frankfurt

Suppliers pay nothing

Creating a supplier profile, receiving invitations, submitting quotes and appearing in the public directory are free, and there is no paid placement. A buyer's shortlist is never influenced by what a supplier paid.

How it works for suppliers

Beyond the subscription

Two things are quoted separately and never bundled into a subscription price: configuration and rollout work, andmanaged sourcing, where we run the sourcing with you rather than handing you software.

Enterprise needs — single sign-on, API access, custom retention, ERP integration, multi-entity governance — are quoted against what they involve.

Run your next event sourcing round in one place

We are onboarding a small number of design partner buyers and their existing supplier panels. If you buy event services regularly, a pilot starts with one real request.
